Job Description
- Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients
- Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders
- Creates and updates individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
- Meets with clients regularly to provide effective counseling
- Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress
- Maintains thorough records of client meetings and progress
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality
- W-2 positions
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a mental health field
- Maryland mental health license (Ph.D, Psy.D, LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LGPC, LMSW)
- Personal Liability Insurance/Malpractice Insurance
- Reliable Internet access
- Reliable computer access
- Private space to meet with clients virtually without interruptions
