Insurances Accepted
We currently accept the following insurance plans for eligible services.
In-Network Insurance Plans
Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (Anthem/FEP/HMO/PPO), Cigna Behavioral Health/Evernorth, Johns Hopkins EHP, and United Healthcare.
Medicare and Medicaid
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid/Medical Assistance. Please contact your insurance provider for a list of in-network providers.
Out-of-Network / Self-Pay
If you are using out-of-network benefits or paying privately, please contact our office for additional information about fees and services.
Good Faith Estimate
You may request a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for services.
